Tamales

Ingredients:

Organic corn flour, free range chicken, (Bowden chicken), salsa verde, onion, canola oil, sea salt, baking powder, spices.

Also available in pork with adobo or with chipotle black beans as our vegetarian option.

Instructions:

Thaw and steam for 10 minutes until soft. Remove
corn husk and serve with black beans and salsa.

Tlayuda

Ingredients:

Corn dough masa, organic black beans, canola oil, chorizo, mozza.
 

A veggie option is also avaiable.

Instructions:

Remove from packaging and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350F or until crispy. Ideal for the BBQ!
Garnish with lettuce, sour cream and salsa.

Burritos

Ingredients:

Tortilla: Available in wheat or spelt flour (see tortillas).
Filling: All burritos contain organic black beans (not refried) and Mexican style rice, plus local and naturally-raised meats and poultry. We use free range bison, beef and chicken, in addition to our turkey, pork, and Mexican chorizo options.
A breakfast burrito with eggs and a vegetarian option is also available.

Instructions:

Microwave for 3 minutes, turning until soft and hot. Let stand for 1 minute before unwrapping. Preheat oven to 350F. After removing packaging wrapper, wrap burrito in aluminium foil and place inside oven for 15  minutes. Take out from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.

Empanadas

Ingredients:

Shell: Wheat & corn flour, water, canola oil, sea salt, canola oil, baking powder, butter flavour.
Filling: Available in chorizo, beef, bison, pork, or veggies. Egg (for browning).

Instructions:

Thaw and microwave for 1 minute. Preheat oven to 350F. Place empanadas on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until crispy and golden. Empanadas can also be friend on a pan. Garnish with lettuce, salsa and sour cream.

Torta Azteca

Ingredients:

Tortilla: corn flour, water, calcium hydrate.
Torta: Bowden Farm free range chicken, organic black beans, fire roasted poblano peppers, potatoes, onion, corn, salsa verde, mozzarella, canola, spices.

 

A beef and vegetarian option are also available.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Remove paper lid and bake for 45 minutes or until soft and hot. Let sit for 2 minutes.
